I can’t sign up. What am I doing wrong?
The registration system used is ENDU
If you are unable to register, try the following checks:
- To access use a browser other than Internet Explorer (obsolete), we recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- To access you must be registered with ENDU and have an account
- If you are a new user you must register for the first time, creating your account. You will receive an account activation email which is essential in order to make your account active. If you don’t receive this email, please also check your junk or spam mail.
- If you are already registered and already have an account (email and password) you must log in by logging in with your credentials.
- If you already have an account and do not remember the password, you must recover the password using the appropriate function
I signed up but I can’t make the payment. How can I do?
If you signed up and your payment with credit card failed, there may be some connection problems, so please contact your bank.
If you have signed up but have postponed the payment to a later time but don’t know how to proceed, please follow the instructions below:
- Check your inbox, you will have received an order confirmation email (also check the junk inbox)
- Click on “order details” to access your order on ENDU
- If necessary, log in to ENDU
- Enter your order and proceed to payment
How can I check the status of my registration?
You can proceed as follows:
- Log in to ENDU
- Click on your name at the top right
- Select My Orders
- View your orders and check the status
Is it possible to make group registrations?
Yes, all group registrations (for groups of at least 5 members) take place like individual registrations via the ENDU.net system.
Here you can select the "group" registration method. This function will allow groups of at least 5 participants to benefit from fixed commission costs of €5.00 for the entire group and the possibility of paying by bank transfer.
Is it possible to receive a refund of the registration fee?
It is possible to receive a refund of the registration fee only under the conditions established in the REGULATION PAGE.
It is possible to request replacements or transfers to the next edition of the race no later than the terms established by the regulations (see the following points).
I am registered but I can’t participate, how can I act?
In case of non-participation, the registration fee will not be refunded. It is possible to transfer your registration to another race of the Swimtheisland circuit or to the next edition within and no later than May 9th, 2024 for San Teodoro, May 24th, 2024 for Sirmione and September 5th, 2024 for Bergeggi. In this way, the sum paid for registration will be kept valid for another race or for the next edition, with a charge of € 10.00 for secretarial expenses. You can make the transfer by contacting the organization at the email address info@trioevents.it
- The registration moved to the following year is not automatic, each participant must register independently, using the coupon.
- The registration moved to the following year is not transferable to third parties.
- The registration moved to the following year is not further transferable in the following years.
Can I replace myself with an athlete who will take my place?
It is possible to make substitutions of athletes registered for the race at a cost of € 10.00 no later than:
-June 3rd 2024 at 10:00 am for Swimtheisland San Teodoro;
-June 19th 2024 at 10:00 am for Swimtheisland Sirmione;
-October 1st 2024 at 10:00 am for Swimtheisland Golfo dell'Isola.
After this deadline, no substitutions or any request for changes to the starting list will be accepted.
To request the replacement, the member must contact the organization at the email address info@trioevents.it indicating the data of the new member (name, surname, license, birth date, email, t-shirt size, time on 1.000m, emergency contact).
It is also possible to change the race distance for a person already registered for the event.
In this case it will be necessary to integrate the payment of the difference if you intend to be moved a longer distance, while if you intend to be registered at a shorter distance, the difference will not be refunded. In these cases, therefore, no office costs are applied to avoid further burdens.
In the event that a substitution is requested and the substitute also changes the race distance with respect to the original registration, the cost of €10.00 will be applied + any supplementary fees if the distance is greater. If the distance is less, the difference will not be refunded.
Can minors athletes participate?
Minors can participate in the Swimtheisland competitions under the following conditions:
Family team and MWM Relay - 800m: children from 10 years of age (born in 2014) can participate. Children can participate in these races as ITALIAN LICENSED ATHLETES inserting a valid license or as NON-LICENSED ATHLETES. In both cases it is necessary to present a valid medical certificate when registering, which can be: competitive for any sport, non-competitive, for activities with a high cardiovascular commitment. Activities for ludic-motor activities (ex good health) are not accepted.
Sprint Challenge – 800m: children from 10 years of age (born in 2014) can participate. Children can participate only if they are ITALIAN LICENSED ATHLETES. It is also necessary to present the ITALIAN B1 COMPETITIVE MEDICAL CERTIFICATE for SWIM or TRIATHLON (or sports assimilated to them, not other sports!).
Non-licensed minors are not accepted for the Short distance.
Licensed minors can participate only by presenting written authorization from a parent (see below**).
Short Swim – 1800m: children from 10 years of age (born in 2014) can participate. Children can participate only if they are ITALIAN LICENSED ATHLETES. It is also necessary to present the ITALIAN B1 COMPETITIVE MEDICAL CERTIFICATE for SWIM or TRIATHLON (or sports assimilated to them, not other sports!).
Non-licensed minors are not accepted for the Short distance.
Licensed minors can participate only by presenting written authorization from a parent (see below**).
Classic Swim – 3200m: children from 14 years of age (born from 2010) can participate. Children can participate only if they are ITALIAN LICENSED ATHLETES by inserting a valid card. It is also necessary to present the ITALIAN B1 COMPETITIVE MEDICAL CERTIFICATE for SWIM or TRIATHLON (or sports assimilated to them, not other sports!)
Non-licensed minors are not accepted for the Classic distance.

Combined Swim – 1800m + 3200m: children from 14 years of age (born from 2010) can participate. Children can participate only if they are ITALIAN LICENSED ATHLETES by inserting a valid card. It is also necessary to present the B1 COMPETITIVE MEDICAL CERTIFICATE for SWIM or TRIATHLON (or sports assimilated to them, not other sports!)
Non-licensed minors are not accepted for the Combined race.
Licensed minors can participate only by presenting written authorization from a parent (see below**).
Long Swim 600m: minors (licensed or non licensed) cannot participate in this distance.
No minors are admitted.
Only athletes who have reached the age of majority are accepted.
**MINORS: minors licensed participants who intend to run the distances Sprint Challenge 800m, Short 1.800 m and 3.200 m (within the limits of the age ranges allowed by the regulation) must present the appropriate written authorization signed by the parent.

FOREIGN MINORS: FOREIGN MINORS participants must register as "non-licensed" ONLY for the distances Family Team, MWM Relay and Sunset Swim (within the limits of the age ranges allowed by the regulation) and present the appropriate MEDICAL CERTIFICATE MODEL provided by the organization.
NB: the model of medical certificate for foreigners can be uploaded online at the time of registration, or it can be uploaded at a later time by logging in to ENDU and entering your private area.

Is it necessary to wear a wetsuit?
In Swimtheisland swimming competitions wetsuit is always optional
What is the clothing allowed during the race?
Race costume, cap, glasses, nose clip. It is mandatory to wear the safety buoy provided by the organization together with the special tie to be tied at the waist.
The wetsuit is always optional.
Is it possible to rent wetsuits, bikes or bodysuits?
The service may not be available, or is still being defined.

What are the schedule and times for the race day?

What do I have to present to collect the race kit?
It is recommended to show (in paper or on a smartphone / tablet screen) your registration confirmation email. Alternatively, just show up with a valid ID or with your license card.
Are there any partner hotels?
You will find the agreed facilities on the appropriate PAGE
You will have to contact the structure independently to define every detail of your booking, making it known that you are our participant to get the discounted price.
When do registrations close?
Registration closes on:
-June 3rd 2024 for Swimtheisland San Teodoro;
-June 19th 2024 for Swimtheisland Sirmione;
-October 1st 2024 for Swimtheisland Golfo dell'Isola.
Once the deadline has expired, they will not be accepted exceptions of any kind and it will not be possible to insert any athlete in the race. No exceptions are made, each athlete will receive the same treatment.
