Registrations are handled through ENDU.
If you are experiencing issues, please check the following:
Use an up-to-date browser (Internet Explorer is obsolete). We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
You must be registered on ENDU and have an active account.
New users must create an account and activate it via the confirmation email (check spam/junk folders).
Existing users must log in using their email and password.
If you forgot your password, please use the password recovery function.
If the card payment failed, it may be due to a connection or bank authorization issue. Please contact your bank.
If you postponed the payment:
Check your email for the order confirmation.
Click “Order details”.
Log in to ENDU if required.
Access your order and complete the payment.
Log in to your ENDU account.
Click on your name (top right).
Select “My Orders”.
Check the status of your registration.
Yes. Group registrations (minimum 5 participants) are available via ENDU by selecting Group Registration.
Benefits include:
A fixed €5.00 commission per group
Bank transfer payment option
Refunds are available only under the conditions stated in the official Regulations.
Athlete substitutions or transfers to another event or edition are allowed within the specified deadlines.
Entry fees are non-refundable.
However, registrations can be transferred to:
another Swimtheisland event
or the next edition
within the following deadlines:
May 8, 2026 – San Teodoro
May 23, 2026 – San Felice
September 4, 2026 – Bergeggi
A €10.00 administrative fee applies.

Yes, athlete substitutions are allowed for a €10.00 fee within the following deadlines:
May 20, 2026 – 10:00 AM (San Teodoro)
July 1, 2026 – 10:00 AM (San Felice)
September 30, 2026 – 10:00 AM (Golfo dell’Isola)
After these deadlines, no changes will be accepted.

Distance changes are allowed, with payment of any price difference if upgrading. No refund is provided for downgrades.
