We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5411\" data-end=\"5471\">\n<p data-start=\"5413\" data-end=\"5471\">You must be registered on ENDU and have an active account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5472\" data-end=\"5580\">\n<p data-start=\"5474\" data-end=\"5580\">New users must create an account and activate it via the confirmation email (check spam\/junk folders).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5581\" data-end=\"5645\">\n<p data-start=\"5583\" data-end=\"5645\">Existing users must log in using their email and password.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5646\" data-end=\"5719\">\n<p data-start=\"5648\" data-end=\"5719\">If you forgot your password, please use the password recovery function.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"5721\" data-end=\"5724\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"5726\" data-end=\"5791\">I registered but can\u2019t complete the payment. Group registrations (minimum 5 participants) are available via ENDU by selecting Group Registration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6450\" data-end=\"6467\">Benefits include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"6468\" data-end=\"6539\">\n<li data-start=\"6468\" data-end=\"6508\">\n<p data-start=\"6470\" data-end=\"6508\">A fixed \u20ac5.00 commission per group<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6509\" data-end=\"6539\">\n<p data-start=\"6511\" data-end=\"6539\">Bank transfer payment option<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"6541\" data-end=\"6544\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"6546\" data-end=\"6568\">Can I get a refund?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"6570\" data-end=\"6657\">Refunds are available only under the conditions stated in the official Regulations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6659\" data-end=\"6765\">Athlete substitutions or transfers to another event or edition are allowed within the specified deadlines.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"6767\" data-end=\"6770\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"6772\" data-end=\"6823\">I\u2019m registered but cannot attend.
